SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for processing. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected at checkout.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Exchanges are permitted for items that are damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If you need to exchange an item please contact our customer service email at INFO@PURELUXCOLLECTION.COM. Exchanges must be made within 15 days after you have received your items. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same conditions as received, along with the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.
